The retail media network agency that knows the local waters.
National platforms are only half the shelf. Regional grocery chains, c-stores, and local distributors run their own retail media networks, with their own rules and their own shoppers — and almost no retail media agency bothers to learn them. We do. That’s the whole point of a pilot.
The local shelf is your home-field advantage.
The big agencies will happily run your Amazon account from a thousand miles away. What they can’t do is help you win the regional chain where you’re already the local favorite, navigate a distributor relationship, or turn up in the right regional retailer’s app the week your promo runs. That local shelf is exactly where a national, one-size-fits-all agency is weakest.
We build the regional shelf into your plan from day one: the chains and c-stores you already sell through, the regional retail media networks worth your budget, and the local shopper story the nationals can’t tell. From the local shelf to national scale — in that order, and on your terms.
National reach. Regional edge.
From the biggest retail media networks to the regional RMNs most agencies ignore — we plan, launch, and optimize across all of them, and report on the sales they actually attribute.
Which retail media networks should a regional brand prioritize?
Start where you already have distribution and velocity, not where the category spends most. For most regional CPG brands that means one national network where you are already listed, plus the regional retail media network attached to the chain that moves your volume. Research published by Skai in January 2026 found the average brand now manages six retail media networks and expects eight by year end. That is a staffing problem long before it is a budget problem, and it is the reason brands your size hire an agency at all.
